Over the last 36 years, our firm has grown as a result of our commitment to personalized client service. Each client receives the individual attention of at least one director and the knowledge that at least one other director is knowledgeable in their business in case of absence of the primary director and to provide another perspective in advice being rendered.

National & International Coverage

As an independent locally owned and operated firm, we provide our clients with national coverage in terms of offering advice and service across Canada through our association with the BHD Association of Chartered Accountants in Canada with offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Windsor, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, and New Brunswick.

We are also represented internationally through our association with the International Association of Practicing Accountants (IAPA) with 300 offices in 48 countries worldwide.

IAPA is a global association of separate and independently owned and managed accountancy firms. IAPA does not provide client services and it does not accept responsibility or liability for the acts or omissions of its members. Likewise, the members of IAPA are separate and independent legal entities, and as such each has no responsibility or liability for the acts and omissions of other members.

While IAPA may include within its membership groupings of firms that together may form "networks" as defined by the IFAC Code of Ethics (Section 290) and the European Union Statutory Audit (revised 8th Company Law) Directive, IAPA is not a "network" in its own right, and thus is exempt from regulations applicable to "networks".
