TourMaster Version 2.1

TourMaster is a powerful yet easy to use tour and customer management system. Not only does TourMaster allow you to track individual (FIT) and group bookings but the system maintains a history for each customer and all of their past bookings. Create your own tours or resell third party tours, TourMaster handles them both.

Tour Management Features

TourMaster manages tours by tracking available inventory including bus seats, hotel rooms, insurance policies and bookings and purchases made by customers. This allows the TourMaster System to easily manage inventory and prevent overbookings. In addition, profit and loss, rooming list and passenger list reports by tour can easily be generated with a few clicks of the mouse.

TourMaster also allows you to set flags for different categories of tours such as casino, cruises, long, short, etc. specifying minimum revenue and/or booking levels. Setting these flags allows you to quickly identify unprofitable and under-booked tours.

Customer Management Features

TourMaster never forgets past bookings for individuals. By storing booking histories and other customer information such as tour preferences and customer classifications TourMaster allows you to analyse your customer base and target market high potential customers. Customers can be invoiced individually or in groups to reduce paper and increase efficiency.

Vendor Management Features

TourMaster allows you to track what you owe your vendors and what you have paid them for services rendered. In addition, you can easily enter commission or rebate payments made by vendors and include them as part of your overall tour revenue calculations.
